The brief
CDC Habitat wanted a tool that generates job descriptions from criteria, to cut repetitive work for HR teams.
We built it with FlutterFlow combined with a large language model.
Interface
The first version was purely functional. The final design follows CDC Habitat’s visual identity (colors, structure) so the tool feels familiar and fits into their information system.
Features added at the client’s request
Several options were added to match the client’s workflow, and the app was published so they could test it freely.
Architecture choice
The most requested extra was exporting the generated job description as a .docx file. I wrote a cloud function that converts Markdown to .docx, called from FlutterFlow through Dart, so no dedicated server or runtime is needed.
